Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For your protection, we recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package, which may help in quickly resolving any rare issues related to damage or incorrect items.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details when placing an order.
Reflections will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Incorrect contact details
• Customer unavailability at the delivery address
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the cost of re-shipping will need to be borne by the customer.
