Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of many of our jewellery pieces, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, authenticity, and hygiene for all our customers.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or
different from what you ordered, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and
fairly by offering a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

successfully delivered.

shipping cost, wherever courier services are available.

Failed Deliveries
